1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "km77," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of the km77.asia platform, a PAGCOR-licensed entity operating an online casino and sports betting service in the Philippines.
• "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the km77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on km77.asia.
• "Platform" refers to the km77.asia website, all associated sub-domains, mobile web interfaces, and any applications that provide access to km77 services.
• "Real Money Play" means wagering or staking Philippine Peso balances on any game, bet, or event offered on the km77 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-withdrawable promotional credits, free spins, or free bet awards credited to a Player's account by km77.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, a mandatory compliance process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which km77 operates.

2. Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must also:

• Be accessing km77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of km77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or PAGCOR;
• Not have been previously self-excluded or excluded by km77 from the Platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party — all accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

km77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension or closure, with any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method on file.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) km77 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. km77 will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated winnings, and forfeit all remaining balances upon discovery of multi-accounting.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent times your account information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine address, email address, and mobile number. km77 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where material inaccuracies are discovered.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km77 username and password. You must notify km77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. km77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the breach was caused or facilitated by the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.

3.4 KYC Verification

km77 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process unless circumstances require re-verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

km77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through PAGCOR-approved payment methods available in the Philippines, including but not limited to: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. km77 reserves the right to refuse deposits or withdrawals via any payment method at its discretion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are specified within your Account Wallet section. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP account holders.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash or Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. km77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on km77 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). km77 does not accept deposits in or process withdrawals to foreign currency accounts. Any foreign currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on km77 are final once confirmed by the Platform. km77 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed using a malfunctioning game or system error;
• There is evidence of technical error, software fault, or data feed failure affecting the outcome;
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms, including by an ineligible player;
• The stated odds or payout were materially incorrect due to a pricing error (palpable error rule).

Specific rules for individual game categories — including Live Casino, Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo, and Sabong — are published in the relevant game rules sections within the km77 Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional offers made available by km77 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the applicable promotion terms. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all km77 promotions unless expressly superseded by promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a km77 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

km77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, and using automated betting software. km77 reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the accounts of players engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Responsible Gaming and Bonuses

Players who have set deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion under km77's Responsible Gaming tools may not be eligible for certain bonus offers. Players in self-exclusion will have all bonuses voided upon account reinstatement until a supervised re-onboarding process is completed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the km77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Accessing the Platform if under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to km77 at any time;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using software, tools, or automated systems (bots, scripts, AI agents) to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet;
• Colluding with other players in games where collusion can affect outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any software, server, or system operated by km77 or its technology partners;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system malfunctions — any such exploitation must be reported to km77 support immediately;
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your km77 account or any portion of your account balance to another party;
• Acting in a manner that damages the reputation or interests of km77 or PAGCOR.

km77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit any outstanding balances. Where appropriate, km77 will report prohibited conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the km77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of km77 or its licensed game providers and content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any km77 content without prior written authorization from km77. Any unauthorized use of km77 intellectual property may result in account closure and civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, km77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond km77's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, ISP failures, or force majeure events;
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party data feeds used in sports betting markets;
• Any psychological, emotional, or financial harm resulting from participation in gambling activities on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, km77's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to km77 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

km77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in the Philippines. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity, all accessible from the Account Settings panel after km77 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your km77 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When reached, your account is automatically suspended for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration, after which you will be prompted to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the km77 Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

Players who are self-excluded from km77 must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering new accounts. Such actions constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts with forfeit of balances.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

km77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• km77 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct;
• km77 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law or regulatory direction;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program;
• The Player's account has been dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, km77 will return the verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus obligations) to the Player's registered Philippine payment method within a reasonable period. No return of balances will be made where the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraud, or money laundering activities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the km77 Platform shall first be referred to km77 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, as set out in PAGCOR's applicable regulations. Players may also refer complaints to the appropriate Philippine consumer protection authorities.

km77 and Players irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

km77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the km77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the effective date.
